Terraforming

In a QA Session Tiy talked about a UFO attached to your homeworld that will allow players to pick up NPC's and re-position them as well terraform on a large scale.
Other forms of large scale terraforming that may be in game are orbital strikes that would destroy the surface of a planet, or even destroying planets entirely.
